About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Post job openings on various platforms;
- Screen and source candidates (headhunting);
- Schedule and conduct interviews;
- Support hiring processes with HR/Payroll (Personnel Department);
- Conduct onboarding for new employees;
- Participate in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives;
- Support intranet updates;
- Maintain internal HR records and controls;
- Contribute ideas for internal actions and initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, from the 5th semester onward;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Enjoy working with people and as part of a team;
- Prior experience in recruitment and selection is a plus;
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Gupy, and Feedz is a plus.
