About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Director of Teaching and Learning in developing high-quality teacher guides, student books, and supplementary materials.
- Ensure materials are informed by the latest evidence on teaching.
- Optimize materials for all students, including those with learning differences.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and coaching to country teams on effective pedagogical approaches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- For Associate Director level: a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- For Program Analyst level: a minimum of two years of relevant experience in international development, education, or nonprofit sectors.
- Familiarity with the science of reading and structured pedagogy approaches.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
