About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the squad clearly and concisely, acting as a facilitator and integrator between teams;
Establish monitoring and organize projects (manage project governance, recover projects in crisis, oversee task forces);
Prepare documentation, client presentations and status reports;
Map processes;
Identify issues, propose solutions, escalate and remove impediments;
Manage the project backlog and roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
Proficiency with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
Experience implementing ERP systems;
Experience with management tools (Azure DevOps);
Experience managing multiple projects;
Experience in software and technology projects.
Preferred: Certifications such as PSM, PSPO, PSK, CSM, CSPO, CAPM or PMP are a plus.
You will stand out if you have: Advanced English (strong communication); Experience with software development is an advantage.
