About the role
- Provide clear and concise direction to the Squad, acting as a facilitator and integrator between teams;
- Structure project tracking and organize projects (manage project governance, recover at-risk projects, coordinate task forces);
- Prepare documentation, client presentations and status reports;
- Map processes;
- Identify issues, propose solutions, escalate and remove impediments;
- Organize backlogs.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Experience implementing ERP systems;
- Experience with management tools (Azure DevOps);
- Experience coordinating multiple projects;
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
- **Desired:**
- Certifications such as PSM, PSPO, PSK, CSM, CAPM or PMP will be an advantage.
- **You will stand out if you have:**
- Advanced English or Spanish (good communication);
- Experience with software development is a plus.
