About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with CEO on strategic priorities, operating decisions, and execution support.
  • Prepare executive-level materials for board meetings, investor updates, and high-priority communications.
  • Lead analysis of company-wide data related to products and litigation workflows.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 4–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, investment banking, or program leadership roles.
  • MBA preferred (early-career completion with subsequent operating experience).
  • Experience partnering closely with founders and senior executives; exposure to boards and investors is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exposure to M&A, corporate development, or related strategic initiatives is preferred.
  • Product, SaaS, or AI experience is a plus; working knowledge of AI is beneficial.
  • High degree of discretion, ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
