Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic case monitoring for matters under the Legal Controllership’s responsibility
Manage and monitor court deadlines, internal deadlines, scheduling, and concurrent demands
Monitor publications and court notices, ensuring accurate analysis, recording, and internal routing
Perform case analysis and interpret judicial decisions
Record legal information clearly, concisely, and in a standardized manner in internal systems
Support verification of case information, promoting standardization and the prevention of operational errors
Oversee operational control of internal workflows within the Legal Controllership
Use electronic court systems and legal case management and administrative software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active OAB registration (Rio de Janeiro chapter)
Minimum of 12 months' experience in the area
Knowledge of Legal Controllership
Experience managing deadlines and monitoring judicial publications/notices
Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and Civil Law, with emphasis on Consumer Law
Familiarity with legal case management and administrative software
Experience with electronic court systems such as PJe, Projudi, ESAJ, EPROC, PROMAD, among others
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
