Requirements

  • 6+ years in product design, specifically building high-growth, high-transaction consumer apps
  • Ability to articulate the logic behind design decisions to non-designers and build strong, ego-free partnerships with Product and Engineering
  • Elite high-fidelity execution in Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to gain efficiencies and create faster than ever without sacrificing the "soul" or quality of the design
