About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active participation in shaping recruiting processes: from job postings and screening through to applicant communication
- Employee retention and motivation: creating a positive work environment and conducting employee surveys
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of People & Culture initiatives
- Participation in digital team meetings
- Attendance at team days (every 3 months, 3 days in a nice Airbnb in NRW)
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 1/2 years of experience in the field of psychology
- Internships or comparable experience totaling more than 200 hours are an advantage
