Key responsibilities & impact

Active participation in shaping recruiting processes: from job postings and screening through to applicant communication
Employee retention and motivation: creating a positive work environment and conducting employee surveys
Contributing to the planning and implementation of People & Culture initiatives
Participation in digital team meetings
Attendance at team days (every 3 months, 3 days in a nice Airbnb in NRW)

What you’ll need

At least 2 1/2 years of experience in the field of psychology
Internships or comparable experience totaling more than 200 hours are an advantage
