Operations Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle member experience through direct ticket handling
- Manage lab partner portfolio including SLA tracking, QBR prep and running
- Conduct field visits to collection centers and onboard new partners
- Identify systemic issues and collaborate with Product & Engineering
- Launch ops for new markets and product flows
- Implement tooling and automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in operations-heavy roles
- Track record of building operational systems — SOPs, playbooks, partner processes, dashboards
- Native or fluent French + fluent English
- Written craft under pressure — warm, structured, professional
- Builder mentality: you ship, iterate, don't wait for a brief
- Background in health, diagnostics, lab services, wellness, or consumer platforms (nice to have)
- Additional European language (nice to have)
