About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive manual testing strategy across all phases of the XR and web development lifecycle
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing for XR applications
Validate performance, stability, rendering quality, tracking accuracy, and device-specific limitations
Ensure consistent quality standards across multiple hardware platforms, devices, and operating systems
Create, maintain, and continuously improve test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and test reports
Work closely with the production, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and define testable acceptance criteria
Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness reviews to ensure quality alignment
Contribute to the evolution of QA processes, standards, and best practices within the team
Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge-sharing and onboarding initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Manual QA
Strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for multi-module systems
Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar)
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, defect lifecycle management, and risk-based testing
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality test documentation, including test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and reports
Proactive mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to make quality-driven decisions under changing conditions
Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative development environments with evolving requirements
Ability to work independently within distributed, cross-functional teams
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
