About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage multiple client projects in parallel
Prepare, facilitate and document workshops from discovery through deep dives into use cases
Lead weekly client calls — including demos and feedback — independently
Capture customer requirements precisely and translate them to the engineering team
Build Claude Skills, n8n workflows, prompts and small prototypes yourself
Identify new automation opportunities and convert them into business cases
Estimate effort realistically and scope follow-up projects cleanly
Work directly with the founder as well as the engineering and AI teams
Deliver client projects productively with AI agents within a few weeks and generate measurable ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in tech-adjacent consulting, an innovation/digital unit or as a Solutions Consultant at a B2B SaaS provider
Strong business understanding paired with technical curiosity
Independently led multiple concurrent client projects, including workshops at executive level
Clear, structured communication with executives and developers
Reliable, professional work style both internally and with clients
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to assess the business value of use cases
Hands-on AI affinity and strong capacity to learn
Have created your own prompts and configured n8n or a Claude Skill
Basic understanding of what an API is
Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable or n8n is especially valuable
Experience identifying and scoping follow-up needs from ongoing projects is particularly valuable
Experience with mid-sized companies (SMEs) or scaleups is particularly valuable
Routine in delivering live demos to clients is particularly valuable
Experience with agent frameworks, LLM APIs, RAG, MCP or low-code tools — nice to have
Personal side-builds with Lovable, Bolt, Claude Skills or n8n — nice to have
Initial leadership experience managing associates or interns — nice to have
