About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

60% Customer development. You manage relationships with 4–6 strategic design partners at CEO/COO level.
40% Product strategy & platform build. You are responsible for shaping what the platform becomes: positioning, feature scoping, packaging.
You build the backlog, monitor competitors, create new demos every two weeks, and decide which standalone solutions become modules and which do not.

What you’ll need

You have already taken a B2B product from zero to real traction at least once.
Continuous Discovery, Jobs-to-be-Done, Opportunity Solution Trees: you can not only explain these discovery methods but have applied them in real releases.
Strong communication skills in German.
Passion for AI and automation.
