About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • 75% client-facing — You are the autonomous point of contact for your clients, usually at executive level.
  • You prepare workshops, lead them, document outcomes, run weekly client calls, present progress in demos and identify new AI use cases together with clients.
  • 15% hands-on building — Once a use case is clear, you build prototypes yourself: Claude Skills, n8n workflows, prompts, small demos.
  • You don’t need to write production-grade code, but you understand JSON, can read logs and can put together something presentable with modern AI tools in a day.
  • 10% scoping & follow-up projects — You spot additional automation potential for your clients, estimate effort realistically and scope follow-up work cleanly.
  • Good delivery often generates the next projects by itself.
  • Manage multiple client projects in parallel: schedule meetings, clarify scopes, track status.
  • Prepare, facilitate and document workshops: from discovery to deep use-case drilling.
  • Independently run weekly client calls, including demos and collecting feedback.
  • Capture requirements clearly and translate them for the engineering team.
  • Build Claude Skills, n8n workflows and prototypes yourself.
  • Identify new automation opportunities and translate them into business cases.
  • In the first 4–6 weeks you accompany ongoing client projects, gradually take over individual workshops and calls, and learn the platform and methodology.
  • After 6–8 weeks you will manage your first 2–3 projects independently.
  • After three months you will own a substantial part of our implementation pipeline.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in tech-focused consulting, an innovation/digital unit, or as a Solutions Consultant at a B2B SaaS provider
  • You combine business understanding with technical curiosity and are comfortable in both worlds.
  • Degree is secondary.
  • You have independently led multiple concurrent client projects, including workshops at executive level.
  • Strong, structured communication — clear with executives as well as with developers.
  • Reliable, professional working style, both internally and with clients.
  • You think entrepreneurially: you judge whether a use case is worth pursuing and say so.
  • Hands-on AI affinity and strong ability to learn: you build prompts yourself, have configured n8n or a Claude Skill before and know what an API is.
  • Highly desirable: you intensively use AI tools in your own work (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, n8n).
  • Experience identifying follow-up needs from ongoing projects and scoping them properly.
  • Experience with SMEs or scaleups rather than only large corporations.
  • You are comfortable presenting live demos to clients.
  • Nice to have: experience with agent frameworks, LLM APIs, RAG, MCP or low-code tools.
  • Personal side-builds with Lovable, Bolt, Claude Skills or n8n (repo/live link is valuable).
  • First leadership experience (associates, interns).

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Variety with impact — multiple clients in parallel, new use cases every week, fast discovery cycles.
  • No weekend pitch marathons, no account director standing between you and your impact.
  • You close projects instead of packing results into slides that nobody reads.
  • From workshop to code — identify on Wednesday, build on Thursday, test with the client on Friday.
  • Remote-first, with a real team space — work wherever you are most productive.
  • For teamwork and workshops we meet in a modern co-working space in Berlin; Wednesday is our regular office day.
  • Young, committed team — short decision paths, high energy, strong ownership.
  • Early joiner — you’ll be part of the core team shaping Lucid Labs.
  • Tooling — Cursor Pro, Claude, OpenAI credits. We use the tools we sell.
  • Our culture: ownership instead of micromanagement.
  • Learning and development are part of our DNA — internally, at conferences and through targeted training.
