About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple client projects in parallel — plan and prioritize backlogs and independently run biweekly check-ins with clients
Prepare, plan, and run workshops with clients — from discovery to ongoing scoping
Translate business goals into clear requirements and guide the engineering team
Turn requirements into concrete solutions — including occasionally building a Claude skill or prototype yourself
Identify new automation opportunities at client sites and translate them into business cases
Continue developing our platform — from idea to prototype to demo (present progress every two weeks)

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in a product management role — whether at a SaaS company, a tech startup, or a technical implementation consultancy
You have independently led B2B projects to success and know how to prioritize business value rather than just executing roadmaps
Strong communication skills in German — you can speak clearly with a CEO as well as with a developer
You think one or two steps ahead, weigh options deliberately, and make well-founded decisions
Passion for AI and automation — you actively use AI tools in your own work
You don’t need to be able to code — but you must understand what is technically possible and be willing to ramp up quickly on new tools
