About the role
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and gather information from them that is required for their equipment to be serviced
- Accurately enter service information in the Point of Sale system-eGenuity.
- Complete invoices, collect payments and perform basic accounting duties with daily payment information
- Keep display area stocked and assist with add-on sales
- Maintain cleanliness in store to ensure a safe and healthy workplace
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service and/or retail experience, including cashiering
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to stay organized and be detail oriented
- Quick learner, flexible, dependable, on time and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- No technical experience necessary! We will train you in new skills that will serve you well. But, if you do have related experience, bring it!
