About the role
- Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Resilience Hub.
- Define and track key success metrics aligned with customer and business outcomes.
- Support proposition development, helping shape ideas from concept through to launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product direction aligns with business goals.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with developers, BAs, designers, and operations teams to deliver features on time.
- Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints and ensure scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure usability and accessibility standards are met.
- Engage with customers and internal users to gather feedback and validate priorities.
- Support readiness planning and smooth roll-out of new capabilities.
- Track delivery progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment
- Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and service insight capabilities
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Technical awareness and experience working with engineering teams
- Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence)
