About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster relationships and be a trusted advisor to customers utilizing risk products
  • Drive value creation and execution of retention strategy
  • Work with customer groups in compliance, audit, legal and risk functions
  • Coordinate with in-market CSMs and CSM Market Leads for Customer Success Plans
  • Connect remotely with customers and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Partner with account managers to provide insights on customer health
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Proposition teams
  • Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, renewals
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies
  • Manage delivery of services for Refinitiv World-Check and Risk solutions
  • Deliver product walkthrough sessions based on customer requirements
  • Work with implementation team for customer onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1-2 years of customer success/customer relationship experience
  • Deep understanding of compliance, audit and risk within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record and enthusiasm for driving outcomes
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Experience in on-boarding, set up, training/product demos, resolution and escalation of issues, customer retention.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a 'Whatever it Takes' approach to increase customer satisfaction
  • Strong track record of identifying customer needs
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred
  • Business proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
