About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Foster relationships and be a trusted advisor to customers utilizing risk products
- Drive value creation and execution of retention strategy
- Work with customer groups in compliance, audit, legal and risk functions
- Coordinate with in-market CSMs and CSM Market Leads for Customer Success Plans
- Connect remotely with customers and build relationships with stakeholders
- Partner with account managers to provide insights on customer health
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Proposition teams
- Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, renewals
- Develop and execute customer success strategies
- Manage delivery of services for Refinitiv World-Check and Risk solutions
- Deliver product walkthrough sessions based on customer requirements
- Work with implementation team for customer onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1-2 years of customer success/customer relationship experience
- Deep understanding of compliance, audit and risk within the financial services industry
- Proven track record and enthusiasm for driving outcomes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Experience in on-boarding, set up, training/product demos, resolution and escalation of issues, customer retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive and positive attitude with a 'Whatever it Takes' approach to increase customer satisfaction
- Strong track record of identifying customer needs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred
- Business proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
