About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing program to support sales and retention objectives
Work closely with Sales and Account Management and global Communications & Marketing teams
Deliver global marketing programs tailored to local market and business needs
Ensure enterprise and global campaigns are deployed across an optimal marketing mix
Partner with sales, business development and marketing colleagues to design customer-centric marketing programs
Utilise the full marketing mix to plan and execute demand generation tactics
Leverage effective partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality marketing programs
Maximise ROI of marketing tactics by regularly reporting on the success of activities
Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer challenges
Effectively manage teams to deliver integrated local marketing plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of marketing experience
Experience collaborating across a matrixed B2B organisation
Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field
Proven experience working with sales teams
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and matrixed team environment
Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Exceptional leadership, management, interpersonal, negotiation and thought leadership skills
Practical experience implementing AI within marketing planning and execution
Fluency in English
Fluency in another language of the region is a plus
