Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a team of high performing CSMs
  • Develop the CSM strategy for the Commodities proposition
  • Create strategy to recruit and develop talent
  • Collaborate with sales, customer operations, and product strategy
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive positive renewal outcomes
