About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of high performing CSMs
- Develop the CSM strategy for the Commodities proposition
- Create strategy to recruit and develop talent
- Collaborate with sales, customer operations, and product strategy
- Build strong client relationships
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive positive renewal outcomes
- Monitor and report on customer health and metrics
- Identify opportunities / risks and areas of improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- People leadership experience
- Experience in Customer Success or account management
- Strong grasp of how customer success drives value
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Consistent track record of exceeding retention and adoption targets
- Strong knowledge of the Commodities industry
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Proficient in change management
- Exceptional organisational skills
