Lead Product Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow best practice and relevant design methodologies from product discovery through delivery
- Conduct user research and defining the structural design of complex applications
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business teams across LSEG to inform and bring to life the product strategy
- Represent the voice of the user in product decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience designing for the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365/Teams)
- Significant hands-on experience in a Product Design role in complex products/domains
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with enterprise-scale Design Systems
- Portfolio demonstrating an expert level understanding and applied experience of product design in complex domain
