About the role

  • Participate in a 24/7 Cyber Security Support team, adhering to a rotational shift pattern
  • Provide Level 2 support for BeyondTrust PAM, CyberArk PAM, CrowdStrike, CyberArk EPM, Vormetric, Qualys, Varonis, McAfee (ePO, ENS, ENSSP), and other solutions
  • Fix technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks: system upgrades, patch installations, configuration changes
  • Respond to alerts/emails and handle ServiceNow tickets (Incident, Change, Problem) within SLA
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve problems efficiently
  • Assist in planning and executing cyber security projects (implementations, migrations, enhancements)
  • Collaborate with IT disciplines and partners to implement security configurations
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process simplification and automation
  • Serve as point of contact and liaison during recovery of major incidents; define and execute recovery tasks
  • Adhere to ITSM processes and uphold SLAs and SLOs
  • Orchestrate break-fix changes and recovery actions; evaluate impact and monitor progress
  • Maintain and operate Cyber Security tools day-to-day
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures; share knowledge with team and customers

Requirements

  • Participate in a 24/7 Cyber Security Support team, adhering to a rotational shift pattern
  • Demonstrable experience in administering PAM solutions or Endpoint Protection in enterprise environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • Experience with BeyondTrust PAM, CyberArk PAM, CrowdStrike, CyberArk EPM, Vormetric, Qualys, Varonis, McAfee (ePO, ENS, ENSSP) and other security solutions
  • Knowledge of routine maintenance tasks such as system upgrades, patch installations, and configuration changes
  • Experience responding to alerts/emails and handling ServiceNow tickets (Incident, Change, Problem) within SLA
  • Root cause analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Assist in planning and execution of Cyber Security-related projects (implementations, migrations, enhancements)
  • Collaboration with various IT disciplines and external partners
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation
  • Good understanding of Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multi-functional teams and customers
  • Relevant certifications preferred: BeyondTrust Certified System Administrator (BCSA), CrowdStrike Certification, CyberArk EPM certification
  • Additional preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Security certifications preferred: CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP
