About the role
- Help structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Proactively identify pipeline opportunities and drive positive sales and revenue growth in assigned territory by analyzing market reports
- Proactively identify any potential threats to the current book of business and drive retention
- Utilize senior staff for learning and guidance
- Ensure overall health and efficiency of account relationship
- Assist the Account Manager with Salesforce updates and hygiene
- Liaising with customer success manager to have a full view of adds and deletes across all desktop products
- Preparing usage reports and analysis that assist the account team with contract renewals conversation
- Driving specific sales / retention campaigns as requested by the different business owners
- Gathering information / creating presentations for specific Account Meetings
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in a financial services, sales, or relationship management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Be able to share new ideas and way of thinking
- Team and collaborations skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (CRM)
