About the role
- Build senior relationships with key partners within the Asset Owner and Consultant ecosystem.
- Identify client requirements and position FTSE Russell as a strategic partner to achieve investment goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including equity, fixed income, ESG, and custom indexes.
- Developing client centric solutions to maximise penetration of products across a variety of asset classes and customer segments.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share insights, align strategies, and support cross-regional opportunities.
- Establish customer feedback loop, assuring a two-way dialogue for new product generation and thought leadership.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
- Knowledge of the Asset Owner space across Asia ex Japan, existing relationships preferable.
- Significant experience of Indexes and product solutions.
- Understanding of the investment management process and trends in the investment industry.
- Superior communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Motivated and able to thrive in a targeted sales environment.
