About the role
- Provides Data reporting and insights to Operations Academy
- Execute and implement learning initiatives
- Support the learning function from an administration, reporting, process, operational, and logistical perspective
- Engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an ongoing basis
- Follow standards and lead colleagues in aligning to the group’s learning success measures
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and data interpretation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for building reports and dashboards
- Foundational project management skills and experience is desirable
- Awareness of current trends in Learning & Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management and engagement capabilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience providing back-end support for learning systems
- Ability to lead vendor onboarding, payments, license renewals, and consolidate training reports and records
