About the role
- Own the release & deployment architecture and roadmap for cloud-native infrastructure
- Design and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitLab workflows
- Set standards for CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams, driving best practices for secure and rapid delivery
- Lead Kubernetes platform strategy for service-oriented architectures and multi-region deployments
- Champion Site Reliability Engineering principles, defining observability, reliability, and incident response strategies
- Influence technology adoption, evaluating emerging tools and practices to enhance developer experience and operational excellence
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives and product roadmaps
Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps or platform engineering
- 3+ years in senior leadership or principal-level roles
- Proven experience architecting and operating cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale
- Ability to influence technology strategy and drive adoption across multiple teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for innovation, automation, and developer enablement
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
