About the role
- Ensure that global operations teams follow established guidelines, workflows, and policies
- Develop clear communication materials, structured procedures, and process documentation
- Design and deliver structured workflows, training materials, and visual communication assets
- Lead and support quality control and enhancement projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive content enhancements and process improvements
- Serve as the first point of contact for methodology and technical queries
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of Pricing & Performance dataset and methodology
- Master user of LCORE
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel on advanced level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and detailed–oriented approach
- Proactive support to global data teams
- At least one year of experience in Global S&Q Team
- Degree in Economics/Finance preferred
