About the role
- Generates quotations as needed
- Inputs order details into relevant systems
- Facilitates the end-to-end process from order-to-billing
- Owns the implementation of the entire order-to-billing process
- Provides ongoing order management support for Sales Team and clients
- Confirms all client orders are accurate for sales and financial reporting
- Ensures adherence to compliance controls and 3rd party guidelines
- Aligns to a designated client base and is accountable for building relationships with internal and external customers
- Handles and resolve queries relating to quote/order status, billing, client account information/permissioning, and compliance issues
- Leads ad hoc initiatives ensuring customer requests are successfully completed
- Spots trends and make recommendations for improving systems and procedures
- Supports tasks related to Salesforce systems
Requirements
- Limited previous experience in Order to Cash / customer support roles
- Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements
