About the role
- Supports the delivery of the Internal Audit plan by delivering components of audit engagements
- Independently identify business risk and key controls in operations
- Complete audit testing and deliver work papers
- Proactively contribute to scoping of reviews
- Support Audit Lead with identified changes or risks
- Conduct planning of individual audit engagements and identify key risks and controls
- Own testing, analysis and documentation of key business processes, risk, and controls
- Validate and communicate results of audit work independently
- Own elements of audit engagements as agreed with engagement supervisors
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent, and relevant professional qualification
- Recognised Internal Auditing (IIA / CIIA, CISA) or Accounting Qualification
- Demonstrable experience in assurance delivery and supervision
- Experience of completing business audit reviews
- Auditing data or data analytics experience is advantageous
- Extensive partner management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced international organisation is advantageous
- Good communication, writing and teamwork skills
- Continuous improvement attitude
