• Generate, review and publish regular shipping reports and ad-hoc special reports
• Provide data insight through visual analytic dashboards
• Build new data flows
• Analyse vessel movements and trends, explain them to wide range of customers globally
• Connect with customers on data or market explanation queries.

Requirements

Shipping industry validated experience is a must
Commodities shipping market knowledge will be an advantage
Proficiency in use of analytical software (Excel) and experience with programming (ex. Python, VBA or equivalent) and Power BI
Superlative written and spoken communication skills
Analytical and structured thinking with ability to problem solving
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative fast paced environment
Minimum Second-Mate Foreign Going or relevant shipping related qualification
Higher education in economics, business, mathematics or maritime/energy related degree.
