Lead a team of consultants and specialists in the Americas.
Responsible for financial outcome and growing the business for LS Retail Professional Services in the region.
Manage engagements and ensure client satisfaction.
Support clients and consultants to ensure the delivery and quality of the service and professional growth.
Oversee daily activities and performance evaluation of team members.
Build up and maintain the regional LS Retail Consulting team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in technology, business or equivalent education and professional experience.
5+ years of leadership and management at a professional services firm managing direct reports.
10+ years of experience with ERP systems and implementation projects.
LS Retail functional and implementation knowledge is a big advantage.
Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with C-level client relationship building and management.
Experience in implementing both custom and packaged software solutions.
Experience in estimating work efforts in a professional services environment.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on a timely basis.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
