Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and prioritize the most critical school systems and processes to document
Organize existing resources into clear, accessible formats
Draft and refine documentation that reflects real practice
Collaborate with in-country staff to ensure practicality and cultural appropriateness
Support continuous improvement by updating documents based on feedback
Travel to South Asia annually for collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI’s Global Value to “Abide in Christ”
Experience in education, instructional coaching, school leadership, operations, documentation, or systems work
Strong written communication skills
Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs/Drive)
Cross-cultural sensitivity
