About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, build, and deploy two digital platforms from scratch as a founding web developer
Develop full-stack frontend and backend web applications
Build scalable database architecture
Implement secure payment gateway integrations
Develop admin dashboards
Deploy the MVP and iterate rapidly
Implement micro-share allocation, wallets, transaction history, solar data integration, ROI calculations, and investor performance dashboards
Build ride matching, location search, booking, seat allocation, user profiles, and related carpooling functionality
Deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Establish CI/CD pipelines, API architecture, and basic cybersecurity
Design, prototype, and build an indoor automated wall-painting machine
Design the robot frame, suspension mechanism, paint delivery system, and motion components
Create CAD models and select motors, actuators, and linear guides
Develop X-Y-Z movement, sensor integration, wall scanning, and alignment systems
Optimize paint pressure, coating thickness, overspray, dripping, and paint compatibility
Build and test the MVP prototype, measure coating uniformity, and improve repeatability and speed
Design for manufacturability, optimize part count, source components, and identify fabrication vendors
Conduct on-ground testing at construction sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Freshers welcome; strong builders preferred
Experience building real projects and demonstrable GitHub work for the web developer role
Understanding of scalable architecture

Minimum commitment of 30–40 hours/week for the automation engineer role
Willingness to conduct on-ground construction-site testing
Willingness to work under an India-specific anti-compete restriction
