About the role
- Manage the platform development backlog, ensuring that priorities are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and the real needs of users.
- Plan and prioritize deliveries strategically, based on market opportunities, user feedback and data analysis.
- Lead discovery processes for incremental improvements and new products, validating hypotheses and ensuring high-value deliveries.
- Analyze and track platform success metrics, identifying optimization opportunities and defining action plans for underperforming indicators.
- Promote ongoing alignment across departments (Marketing, Customer Success, Production, among others), ensuring a unified view of product evolution and stakeholder expectations.
- Actively participate in strategic meetings, bringing data-driven insights and market trends to support decisions.
- Monitor technical deliveries from development and product design teams, ensuring quality, efficiency and speed in all releases.
- Perform tests and validations on the platform, identifying areas for improvement and mapping opportunities to enhance the user experience.
- Act as a point of contact between technical and business areas, removing impediments and ensuring the development team can work productively and in alignment.
- Engage in conversations with users and customers, collecting feedback that guides decisions and reinforces a customer-centered product culture.
- Execute strategic alignments with external partners, ensuring synergy in initiatives and contributing to the sustainable growth of the product.
Requirements
- Advanced English — must feel comfortable leading and participating in meetings, expressing ideas clearly and collaborating with an international team.
- Strong data orientation for strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of SQL databases — able to perform queries, cross-reference information and extract insights to support product decisions.
- Previous experience working as a Product Manager, Digital Product Analyst or in a related role.
