We’re looking for a Social Media & Analytics Manager to support the full spectrum of social for a global motorsport brand — combining sharp creative execution with rigorous data analysis to drive impact at speed.
- As Junior Social Media Manager in a high-performance motorsport environment, you support the Social Media Manager in turning on-track action into fast, engaging digital storytelling. You help shape how race moments, team energy, and technical performance are translated into content that feels immediate, relevant, and true to the intensity of motorsport.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Create supporting content: Research, structure, and prepare social media posts that translate race moments into clear, engaging narratives.
- Execute publishing workflows: Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, timing, and platform-specific adaptation.
- Assist Social Media Manager: Support day-to-day coordination, content preparation, and alignment within fast-paced campaign cycles.
- Monitor channels and trends: Track social performance, audience reactions, and cultural or platform trends to inform content decisions.
- Adapt platform storytelling: Tailor formats and messaging for different channels while maintaining a consistent visual and tonal identity.
- Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all outputs align with established visual language, tone of voice, and motorsport positioning.
- Support race weekend operations: Assist with live workflows and rapid content delivery during high-pressure event environments.
- Work in a part-time structure: Operate within a flexible, part-time setup, adapting availability to race calendars and content peaks.
