  • Shape and evolve a global Golfing x Automotive community — defining how it shows up across platforms, content, and experiences.
  • Develop and drive content strategies that reflect the culture of the game — balancing performance, lifestyle, and community-driven storytelling.
  • Curate and deliver experiences that bring the community to life — from exclusive events to meaningful digital moments.
  • Act as the central point of connection between community, client, and internal teams — translating insights into clear, relevant communication.
  • Set the tone and editorial direction of the channel, ensuring everything feels considered, consistent, and true to the community.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to bring high-quality ideas to life.
  • Read the community — identifying signals, behaviors, and opportunities to continuously evolve content and interaction.
  • Stay closely connected to the worlds of golf and automotive — understanding what matters, what’s emerging, and what resonates.
  • A genuine passion for golf and automotive culture, with a clear feel for the communities that shape them.
  • Strong instinct for community building — understanding what creates relevance, connection, and long-term engagement.
  • A sharp eye for content, both visual and written, with a strong sense of tone and detail.
  • Experience in community management, digital platforms, or content strategy — ideally beyond traditional social media.
  • Confidence in working across teams and stakeholders, with clear and thoughtful communication.
  • Ability to balance structure and instinct — managing complexity while staying close to the community.
  • Experience with CRM tools, newsletters, or community platforms is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/German) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
