About the role
- You will be the dedicated People partner for our Go To Market and G&A teams. You will help leaders build healthy, high-performing environments where people feel supported and challenged. You will balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, guiding long-term org decisions while staying close to the everyday moments that shape the Loop experience.
- Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to support their goals: Help leaders understand how their business objectives translate into People needs and recommend actions that strengthen productivity, collaboration, and long term organizational health.
- Support teams through growth and change: Guide leaders during business pivots, leadership transitions, and cultural shifts and help teams maintain clarity and momentum.
- Shape a culture of high standards and high empathy: Coach managers on leading with candor, accountability, and care and reinforce expectations that create a healthy, high performing environment.
- Lead core People programs across GTM and G&A: Run performance, compensation, promotion, calibration, and talent review cycles in a smooth, fair, and consistent way.
- Improve and simplify People processes: Reduce friction by refining workflows, strengthening documentation, and partnering with People Ops to make our programs easier and more intuitive.
- Guide organizational design and talent planning: Assess team structure, leveling, talent gaps, and succession needs, and provide thoughtful recommendations that help teams scale.
- Strengthen leadership capability: Coach managers through difficult conversations, feedback, development, and decision-making in a way that builds trust and confidence.
- Use AI and data to inform decisions: Leverage AI tools and people analytics to identify trends, advise leaders, and support productivity across teams.
- Support global expansion and future organizational growth: Partner with leaders on international expansion and help prepare for future strategic growth.
Requirements
- Experience as a People Business Partner: 5+ years supporting diverse client groups in a fast-changing environment, including experience with GTM leaders.
- Strength in organizational design and talent planning: Comfort guiding leaders through org structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent gap analysis.
- Experience leading core People cycles: Ownership of performance, compensation, promotion, and talent review processes.
- Sound judgment in employee relations: Experience navigating sensitive or complex situations with fairness, empathy, and clarity.
- Ability to raise talent density: Comfort identifying risks early and coaching leaders to take timely and appropriate action on performance.
- Strong communication skills: You communicate with warmth, clarity, and candor and help leaders and team members feel understood even when topics are difficult.
- Data and insight orientation: Experience using people data, feedback, and sentiment trends to inform recommendations and support decisions.
- Curiosity and comfort with AI tools: You use AI to improve your work, increase speed and clarity, and help teams strengthen productivity.
- Experience supporting teams through change: You have partnered with leaders during organizational changes and cultural transitions.
- Interest or experience in global work: You have worked with global teams or are eager to learn.
