About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **RESPONSIBILITIES**
  • - Own and improve the lead-to-sale conversion funnel
  • - Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email and other direct channels
  • - Design and optimise lead nurturing journeys from first touch through to enrolment
  • - Work closely with performance and engineering teams to ensure clean data, strong segmentation, and reliable delivery
  • - Collaborate with brand and creative teams to produce high-quality, conversion-focused campaigns
  • - Maintain and evolve the communication calendar in line with business priorities
  • - Partner with admissions teams to refine lead scoring (hot, warm, cold) and improve handover quality
  • - Use data and experimentation to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance
  • - Support early CRM and audience engagement initiatives for Longdue as the studio grows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **Minimum**
  • - 3+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a clear focus on conversion
  • - Proven experience building and optimising lead nurturing journeys at scale
  • - Strong written communication skills, with a clear understanding of persuasive, conversion-focused messaging
  • - Experience working with segmentation, lead scoring, and CRM data flows
  • - Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product/engineering, and sales/admissions teams
  • - Solid understanding of CRM tools and email platforms
  • - Familiarity with HTML and working with APIs in a marketing/CRM context
  • - Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive improvements in campaign performance
  • **Preferred**
  • - Experience writing or overseeing high-quality brand and campaign copy at scale
  • - Background in content, copywriting, or brand-led marketing
  • - Experience with platforms such as Intercom, SendGrid, Klaviyo, or similar
  • - Working knowledge of Google Analytics or equivalent tools
  • - SQL or experience querying CRM/marketing data directly
  • - Experience operating in high-volume consumer or education environments
