About the role
- As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing information to support decision-making across the company.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and automations, translating business needs into clear, actionable insights.
- Elicit and understand requirements from business teams (analysts, managers, and directors).
- Extract, transform, and load data using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, ensuring usability and performance.
- Apply statistical techniques for exploratory analysis and data modeling.
- Automate reports and repetitive processes to improve efficiency.
- Validate and document the quality of data and analytical deliverables.
- Communicate results clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI (report development, DAX, and data modeling).
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Programming in Python for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, numpy).
- Fundamentals of statistics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
