About the role

  • Processing and execution of payroll for your clients, as well as monitoring all payroll processes
  • Independent coordination and submission of notifications to social security institutions and tax authorities
  • Point of contact for clients regarding payroll questions, both by phone and in writing
  • Collaboration within the team and mutual support in day-to-day operations
  • Monitoring and implementation of legal and regulatory changes in payroll accounting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of experience in payroll accounting
  • Experience in managing multiple client mandates (multi-client support) is an advantage
  • IT affinity and willingness to learn new software and processes
  • Customer-oriented, flexible and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
