About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in the company's benefits operations.
  • Support in the control and monitoring of timesheets.
  • Assist in organizing the department's electronic and physical files and dossiers.
  • Support the monthly control/tracking of the department's billing.
  • Support the department's relationship/engagement campaigns.
  • Preparation of reports and various controls relevant to the department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward in: Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • MS Office (Word and PowerPoint – Advanced; Excel – Intermediate) – Required.
  • English (reading, writing and speaking - basic) – a plus.
  • SAP – Preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Basic understanding of the Recruitment and Selection cycle.
