Administrative Intern
Logum Logistica S.A.Administrative Intern supporting operational benefits activities at LOGUM LOGISTICA. Collaboration on point sheet control, organization of files, and report preparation.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in the company's benefits operations.
- Support in the control and monitoring of timesheets.
- Assist in organizing the department's electronic and physical files and dossiers.
- Support the monthly control/tracking of the department's billing.
- Support the department's relationship/engagement campaigns.
- Preparation of reports and various controls relevant to the department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward in: Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- MS Office (Word and PowerPoint – Advanced; Excel – Intermediate) – Required.
- English (reading, writing and speaking - basic) – a plus.
- SAP – Preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Basic understanding of the Recruitment and Selection cycle.
