About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that all process- and operations-related matters are implemented on time and to the highest quality as part of customer implementations.
Act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.
Support intralogistics (large) projects and take on subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
Improve project quality, particularly for automation and innovation projects.
Further develop and continuously enhance process management.
Capture, document, analyze and optimize processes with the goal of modularizing and standardizing logistics processes.
Redesign processes or further develop existing workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in business or engineering, preferably with a focus on logistics.
Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations and automation solutions.
Confident use of BPMN for process modelling as well as MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
Process-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a confident presence as a consultant (m/f/d) and team player (m/f/d).
Business-fluent German and English.
Willingness to travel for project assignments.
