About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You ensure that all process- and operations-related topics for customer implementations are completed on time and to the highest quality.
Act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.
Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and take on subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
Contribute to improving project quality—particularly for automation and innovation projects.
Expand and continually develop process management to create end-to-end process transparency.
Redesign or further develop existing workflows to achieve high process quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration or Engineering, ideally with a focus on Logistics.
Relevant hands-on experience in intralogistics and managing interdisciplinary projects.
Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations and automation solutions.
Confident use of BPMN for process modeling and MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
Process-oriented thinking, strong communication skills, and a confident presence as a consultant and team player.
Business-fluent German and English.
Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
