About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You ensure that all process- and operations-relevant matters are implemented on time and to the highest quality within customer implementations.
Act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.
Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and assume sub-project responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
Improve project quality in automation and innovation projects.
Expand and continuously develop process management to create end-to-end process transparency.
Capture, document, analyze and optimize processes with the aim of modularizing and standardizing logistics processes.
Redesign processes or further develop existing workflows to ensure high process quality in optimization, escalation or change projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics.
Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations and automation solutions.
Confident use of BPMN for process modeling and MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
Process-oriented thinking, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor as a consultant (m/f/d) and team player (m/f/d).
Business-fluent German and English.
Willingness to travel for projects.
