About the role
- Support existing and new customers on logistics matters and manage communications in German and English
- Implement new-customer onboarding and change requests both operationally and within systems, in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Design and execute projects to improve productivity and processes
- Further develop standards and information systems
- Draft logistics contracts and conduct negotiations with customers
- Serve as the interface between branch management and business units in coordinating multi-site projects
- Prepare and analyze statistics, create presentations, and facilitate workshops
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with a focus on logistics
- Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
- Good German and English language skills
- Results-oriented and independent working style
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Experience with a warehouse management system is an advantage
- High level of commitment
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented thinking and an independent working approach
