About the role
- Management of existing and new customers on logistics matters and handling communications in German and English
- Implementation of new customer integrations / change requests both operationally and systemically in collaboration with internal departments
- Design and execution of projects to improve productivity and processes
- Further development of standards and information systems
- Preparation of logistics contracts and conducting negotiations with customers
- Acting as an interface between branch management and specialist departments to coordinate various site projects
- Preparation and analysis of statistics, creation of presentations, and facilitation of workshops
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
- Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
- Strong German and English language skills
- Results-oriented and independent working style
- Proficiency with common MS Office applications
- Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage
- High degree of commitment
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented thinking, and an independent working style
