About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Continuous monitoring of the development, homologation, and production computing environments.
  • Implement technical adjustments to ensure environment stability and availability.
  • Support in the installation and configuration of the BI server.
  • Parameterize and validate the BI environment according to technical requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of existing applications and new deployments.
  • Analyze application behavior (resource consumption, response time, failures, and bottlenecks).
  • Identify and address performance issues.
  • Provide technical support during deployments and promotions between environments (DEV → HML → PRD).
  • Document configurations, applied adjustments, and operational procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with SAP BO.
  • Certification: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform — Administration and Security.
  • Certification: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform — Administering Servers (vendor-issued).
  • Desirable: Experience administering enterprise BI environments.
  • Experience managing multiple environments (development, homologation, and production).
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting BI applications and servers.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and log analysis.
  • Knowledge of best practices in governance and change control.
  • Prior experience in institutional environments requiring formal documentation and traceability.
