What you’ll need
  • Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or another field; or an MBA/postgraduate degree in administration, management, data science, or computer science.
  • Solid experience in quality management, IT process management, or IT governance.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
