About the role
- Preparation of technical studies whose main scope items include: the Contracting Party's needs, current scenario (as-is), identification of problems and limitations, market comparative analysis, proposed technical scenarios and investment options (to-be), among other information, in accordance with the standards and requirements established by the Contracting Party and current legislation.
- Preparation of technical specifications to compose Terms of Reference for the Contracting Party's administrative procurement processes, compatible with its standards and requirements and in accordance with current legislation.
- Identify opportunities, test and validate the technical and strategic feasibility of projects, ensuring solutions aligned with the Contracting Party's needs.
- Training and knowledge transfer through workshops and training sessions on processes and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) in Information Technology.
- Certifications and professional courses that reinforce the required activities, for example: cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Among the technologies used in the Contracting Party's data centers to provide various ICT services, the main ones include:
- Network: Cisco Nexus, Catalyst and ACI; NSX-T; Fortinet FortiGate.
- Security: Fortinet FortiGate; Symantec SESC/SEP; EDR; CASB.
- Compute: Dell blade servers and Unisys mainframe.
- Storage and Backup: SAN and NAS storage from IBM, EMC and Dell.
- Virtualization: VMware Cloud Foundation.
- Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, SUSE Linux and Oracle Linux.
- Application Platforms and Databases: DMSII (Mainframe), Oracle Exadata, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Data Integration: OpenText Data Bridge and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Application Platforms and Containers: OpenShift.
- Identity and Access: OpenText IDM, Microsoft Active Directory, Novell eDirectory and RH-SSO.
