About the role

  • Provide advisory support in the development of the CLIENT's ICT strategic planning
  • Provide development or consultancy in drafting policies, processes, methodologies, metrics and indicators related to ICT Governance and Enterprise Architecture based on market best practices and frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO, etc.)
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the CLIENT's current ICT infrastructure, processes, resources and ICT strategies, focusing on identifying improvement opportunities, strategic alignment and optimization of technological resources
  • Prepare strategic reports and recommendations on studies, architectures, technology products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) in Information Technology
  • Professional certifications and courses that reinforce knowledge in the activities described, for example: COBIT, ITIL, ISO frameworks, etc.
  • Among the technologies used in the CLIENT's Data Centers to provide various ICT services, the main ones are:
  • Network: Cisco Nexus, Catalyst and ACI, NSX-T and Fortinet FortiGate
  • Security: Fortinet FortiGate, Symantec SESC/SEP, EDR and CASB
  • Computing: Dell blade servers and Unisys Mainframe
  • Storage and Backup: SAN and NAS storage from IBM, EMC and Dell
  • Virtualization: VMware Cloud Foundation
  • Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, SUSE Linux and Oracle Linux
  • Platforms and Databases: DMSII (Mainframe), Oracle Exadata, Oracle Database Enterprise, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Data Integration: OpenText Data Bridge and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
  • Application Platforms and Containers: OpenShift
  • Identity and Access: OpenText IDM, Microsoft Active Directory, Novell eDirectory and RH-SSO
