About the role
- Support the identification of initiatives and projects suitable to be included in the strategic deliverables consolidation tool.
- Conduct information-gathering interviews and document detailed information about strategic projects and initiatives.
- Structure and document project information.
- Support the preparation of initial registration documents for strategic projects identified during interviews.
- Refine and validate information received.
- Assist with periodic monitoring of projects to update information in the strategic deliverables consolidation tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid experience in business and process analysis.
- Skilled in conducting interviews and active listening.
- Skilled in writing technical and formal documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear and objective communication.
- Strong institutional and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of public administration and how projects operate in public institutions.
